Please note that custom and personalized products are made to your specifications, therefore they are not returnable. Also note that sales and clearance items cannot be returned us. For your product to be accepted as a return you need to fill a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. We will respond to you with the next steps.

Fill in your details and enter the product name and the product code of the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them. The form must be completely filled.
We will respond with full details on how to post the item to us. Please note you need to include your proof of purchase when sending the item.
We do not accept gift returns at this time. Please be sure before you place your order.
We are committed to your product satisfaction. However at this time, we currently do not offer product exchanges. Please return your product instead within 30 days and re-order the replacement.
Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your item and the credit will be applied to your original payment method. You will be able to view the credit on your next statement. Please note this depends on your issuing bank and billing cycle. Also, we do not refund shipping charges.
Finally, these are standard time frames, during peak periods / seasons, please allow us up to fifteen (15) business days to process your return.
If you believe you have a defective product, we apologize for this. We would like to help you as soon as possible. Please fill the RMA form and follow the steps above to return the item to us.
Also note that shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. Due to hygiene standards, underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so please try to send the item to us in due time.
We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments, please retain your return tracking # for your reference. More details specific to the your order will be provided on submission of the RMA form.
